Studio & Life Lately: November
Includes a CASETiFY sneak peek, book cover sketches and a little side project.
Hi Studio Mates,
Winter is almost here, and the Netherlands has been very chilly, freezing even! I’m so happy to have my new studio close to home. I’m not missing those long, and often wet, bike rides to my old and cold studio. Although I did get soaked by the rain a few times during the new short commute last week.
And I barely made it home after meeting an exciting client at their HQ way out of the city center. My phone, that I use for navigation on the bike, ran out of juice because of the cold. And while I was biking in the dark through a very depressing industrial area, I got surprised by an ice cold hail storm! I know, for some of you this might sound torturous, but it’s actually what a typical week moving around by bike looks like for most Dutch people.
After this weather update, here are some of the things that I’ve been working on lately.
